Maddie was simply brilliant! When my husband and I first met her, we were in a total state of shock and dismay as the landlord of the house we were supposed to move in initially, decided to pull out the day before, and the agency (KFH Putney) managed the situation extremely poorly, offering us no alternative. Maddie then appeared like an angel and replied to a desperate post my friend sent on a local community facebook group, in attempt to rescue us. Maddie did just that, and the house she had to offer was MUCH nicer, so the unfortunate incident turned out to be a huge blessing in disguise! The service she provided was also a whole other level: very personal, accommodating and prompt - within two weeks we had signed all the papers and moved into our gorgeous new home! Should we need to let another property again or buy in the future, we will definitely be asking Loney Miller for assistance, as it's impossible to get this level of service, quality and attention with the big and famous estate agents, so can't recommend them highly enough!
