Just an update to express my continued gratitude for this company's customer service. After helping us find a lovely flat in March, and moved in the end of May, we had to bother them with requesting paperwork to get our bank account set up. Dan not only remembered me, but greeted me with a warm smile, then literally dropped everything he was doing to attend to my request. I highly recommend this company.
