Hello Thank you very much for your review – I have looked into this matter concerned and I can assure you we have not taken any money from you. The money you refer to is your damage deposit. I understand you requested to have this back on the day you moved out at the checkout. This is not the process we would follow when returning a deposit. I can see you received this back after 6 days following you vacating the property. We had to allow the landlord to review the checkout report before any monies are released. We wish you well.
