I don't normally right reviews but I feel I do on this occasion. I've been on the hunt for the right property in London for a few months now. It started off well and I had found a few properties but non of the estate agents I had been working with could close a deal for me, unfortunately. Not only that, most of them, although professional, weren't as responsive as I would have liked. That's of course until I met Raz, one of the Senior Negotiators at King's Walthamstow. Viewings are funny. I've personally viewed about 50 properties with different companies. And from my experience, on a particular viewing you could get two types of estate agents: those who don't want to be there and those who do. I have to say that Raz definitely belongs in the latter group. He was informative, friendly and professional through the viewings. I was hesitant about the property I had called in about initially but I am glad that I did because I met Raz, who I credit to finding my dream property within a few days. He also introduced me to their broker, who was also excellent. Thanks guys! If you wan't to find the right property, give King's a go. It seems they have a wide range of clients and I'm sure they'll be able to find you your dream property too.
