Called in to speak to someone regarding a flat, I came across a gentlemen by the name of Razzaq Patel who happens to be the Senior Negotiator at the branch, he was very helpful and asked many questions relating to my finances and the purpose of why I am buying, which made me think that he is very efficient and on top of things so now I am thinking of taking my friend to see him so he can sell his flat.
