If I could give a 0 I would. I sold my house with Kings group and everything was perfect at the beginning. The manager at Kings was professional and showed that he actually cared. This was the case until I found a buyer for my property. We agreed on a price and then when I finally found a property to buy, they said that they didn't want to pay the asking price and tried to play a dirty game. I have my suspicion that the the agency had something to do with this. I was literally pushed to one side and the agency kept the buyer happy not taking in to consideration my feelings, wishes or preferences. I said that it was it unfair for the buyers to ask this of me especially after I had found my property and the branch manager said that the buyers can do what ever they feel is right. I didn't think his response was professional and I had a feeling I was being played by both . I could have wked away but I had already found my property and they knew it would have been difficult. I said there was no way I would accept this. In the end I got the estate agent that I was buying from involved and she suggested that the buyer should meet me half way. This is something mown estate agents could have done but instead they they took account the buyers personal situation and tried to make me feel guilty saying she had no more money and that she had to collect funds from family members etc. This was very unprofessional and they did not care about their own customers well being. No customer service what so ever. They finally showed their true colours as they found their buyer and I was casted to one side. The worst experience of my life. This was supposed to be a good experience as I was buying my new house and I wanted it to be a smooth process but everyone seemed to play dirty to get what they wanted. All I can say is Karma.
