Here's my objective review on Kings Group Walthamstow (the sales team only). I must say the sales team is excellent. Lauren was dealing with me most of the time. They are communicative which is key. They were also proactive ie communicating with all parties eg buyer and the solicitors. I should have used Kings Group Walthamstow from the very beginning. I tried to sell my flat with the first agent and despite few viewings on some random days I had no offers. The thing I like about Kings Group Walthamstow was they do block viewings and it's more convenient for me especially during Covid pandemic. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and I will use again if there is a chance again. My advice to any future sellers: it's best to use local agent to sell your flat.
