Without a doubt Kings branch in Edmonton have the most superb customer service with it’s clients. This was reflected on they way I was treated during my journey in buying my first property. The back and forth correspondence never lacked substance. I was always informed promptly and in good time. I had the chance to deal with Olly in particular, and I saw about 5 or six properties with him. Not once did i feel neglected, instead he helped me find my desired house even before it was put on the market. This proves that they do actually care about their clients. Equity estates in Enfield branch have been the worst for me. The say they will call back and never do and very manipulative to hide their mistakes. I appreciate it when people do their job at a high standard and Kings estates really proved it. Thus, I truly recommend and respect Kings for that.
