I recently moved to a John Payne managed apartment in Greenwich and was shown around two properties by Joshua Frank. He was extremely helpful when finding properties, as I had enquired about one but he shared others in my budget with me. I actually emailed only a few minutes before he called me back to chat through my options and we arranged the viewings for a few days later. Even when I had signed for the flat and had been passed on to another team to deal with the tenancy documents, Joshua was still more than happy to take my calls and answer all my questions despite it not being his team. I couldn't fault the service from John Payne with the move and especially Joshua for his helpfulness, friendly and welcoming nature and the speed in which he moved things along for me. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking in the area!
