Terrible estate agent in Greenwich. My boyfriend and I were interested in viewing multiple 2 bedroom terraced houses in Greenwich Cutty Sark and near Greenwich Park and it was impossible to get a viewing for the properties we were interested in despite being newly listed on Zoopla & Rightmove My partner had called and emailed trying to arrange a viewing and he didn't have any luck. I then tried 4 days in a row to arrange a viewing to be told "there's no on in the letting team to do this for you". No one from the Lettings Team ever came into contact with me or my boyfriend. At this point I decided to visit in person as we we were still trying to get a viewing. There's one male and he said he was Sales and not Lettings and tried to explain to me that this estate agent is shortstaffed. I'm very disappointed that we have been ignored and were not able to view some stunning properties in an area we love. Just going through this process wouldn't make me want to buy a property from this estate agent. Also FYI as a potential customer / client is not my problem or issue that you are short-staffed and don't have the capacity to arrange viewings due to having a small lettings team.
