Darcie was very responsive throughout the process which made moving in very smooth and Olivia was professional and provided us with all the move-in documentation in a timely manner. I've dealt with so many different London estate agents over the last few years and can say that John Payne was the easiest to deal with and really did balance the needs of the landlord and the tenant to ensure good outcomes for all parties. Our flat is also managed by John Payne, and so far our property manager Chloe has been very responsive and keen to help. Would highly recommend!
