I would like to publicly praise Mella Sanders and Acorn dealing with the endless issues my flat has caused. I would not have a tenant or income without them. Fatos was lovely when she listed my place and Mella has gone beyond the call of duty for my flat. Highly recommended.

Buying my first property- the experience was excellent. My requirements changed during the process and Freddie Jacobs from the Plumstead branch listened to what I was looking for and referred me to the Woolwich Branch. Received a call straight away from Nicola with a property that was due to come onto the market. Viewing was carried out in a professional manner and included useful information about the local area. Nicola dealt with my enquiries in a positive and professional manner by taking me through the step by step process of buying a property and constantly kept me up to date. I would highly recommend if looking for an agent in the South East London region.

Jack was very professional and very prompt will all our dealings with him. He is very responsive and he did try to help us with getting our offer through. Unfortunately, the sellers did not accept. But he did manage to assist us as smoothly as possible and every step of the way.

Acorn is a great estate agents I'd recommend happily. Especially Jack Power from the Woolwich branch, who was the first agent who really listened to me, and didn't try to sell me a shared ownership or a help to buy, he looked for the right property for us, listened to our needs very carefully. He was kind, helpful, flexible without the arrogant style you see in people working in this industry. He was a nice change after all the bad experience. I highly enjoy all the service from Acorn. They are always able to provide the good quality property in the local. David Roger is the best hard-working agent that I’ve met. Great appreciate his help all along the process to purchase. If it possible, I would and should select Acorn again.

Jack was hugely helpful throughout our sale process. We were on the market for a considerable amount of time as we had offers fall through. Throughout that process Jack kept us updated and maintained positivity throughout the process.
