Assistant manager Jack Power was consistently fantastic to deal with during my flat purchase, from the first phone call (and viewing the same day) until completion. He was polite, accommodating and never pushy; knowledgeable about the area; responsive and kept in touch throughout the process and coordinated well between the vendor, solicitors etc. Highly recommended.
