As a first time buyer, I obviously had plenty of questions and thoughts around the purchase but they've both been extremely helpful in all aspects. An extra cherry goes to the rest of the team who were excellent in passing messages, answering phones, responding on emails etc in the absence of my "ordinary" agent.
