John Payne, as represented by manager Chris Wadeson, certainly gave value for money and earned their fee during my recent sale. They acted as conduit between myself as seller and the purchaser to make the transaction complete, overcoming each hurdle as it occurred, including useless, un-cooperative & mega-expensive solicitors met along the way. I would certainly recommend Messrs. John Payne if selling local property.
