We asked Chris if he could come over and give us a valuation. He came over straightaway. On the first day the property was on the market we had five viewings and by the end of that day we had received an offer for the full asking price which we accepted which, frankly, was more than we expected to sell it for. There were no complications and three months later we had moved, buying a property through another branch of John Payne. I can't really think of anything more they could have done. Recommended.
