Nothing was too much trouble and while Claire, managed most of our day-to-day business (and was superb) everyone we spoke to at the agency was exceptionally helpful. Worth noting is that the team at John Payne work seven days a week, while many others in the area close on Sundays. This was very useful when looking for a new home while working full time and shows John Payne's commitment to providing outstanding levels of customer service.
