Chris (the branch manager) was very professional from the start. We hadn’t moved for 32 years and so needed his expertise and experience. But it was the whole team who supported us from day 1. We got to know the sales team really well and they always worked around us and our schedules. John Payne was not the cheapest estate agent in the area, but were by far the best value. When we received our offer they supported us for the best deal and worked with the agents for the purchase of our new home.
