Having had a less than brilliant experience with our first home purchase in 2015 we were not expecting a great deal from our estate agents this time around. Happy to report that John Payne greatly exceeded our expectations! The guys at the Lee office were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive, they both sold our flat (within a week for the full asking price) and found us a great bargain of a house for our next purchase. About the only thing they didn't do was agree to come and renovate it for us! To a large extent - John Payne restored our faith in the industry and when we inevitably come to move on again we won't hesitate to put things in their hands.
