Whilst there were a lot of hiccups and delays along the way with the conveyancers, buyer's broker and lender the whole process was very well held together by Sue Denny at John Payne. Sue took ownership of the end to end propery transaction engaging both converyancers, the mortage broker, the other estate agents and underlying parties. She and her staff were able to provide emergency access to the property when I was absent and even arrange for last minute removalists on the day of completion when the firm I had commissioned failed to show. On my opposing purchase transaction I was using an online estate agent and the difference in standards of personal accountability and competence was significant. I would highly recommend John Payne for handling property sales especially for complex deals requiring finance and extended chains.
