We appreciate that it is over 18 months since you moved out of the property that you rented through James Pendleton from September 2010 till March 2017 but, we would be more than happy to discuss your experience directly to establish what you feel we could have done differently throughout the tenancy to improve your time in the property and the service James Pendleton provided.
