Extra Mile

I highly recommend Phoebe from the Barnes Office in particular for her thoughtfulness and personalised approach to my search. I am severely disabled and have specific requirements. I registered with around 40 Letting Agents across South West London. After months of searching I was despondent and despairing I would ever find anything suitable. I spoke to Phoebe from Barnes about a property I had seen but sadly, that too was not suitable. My inbox continued to fill up with other agents sending me the “perfect” property which in fact never bore any resemblance to my specific requirements but no agents contacted me directly. A few weeks after speaking to Phoebe, she contacted me out of the blue to say she had just registered a property that might work for me. It did and I am moving in a couple of weeks. I am so impressed that Phoebe remembered me- I wasn’t just another name on the data base- and incredibly appreciative of her creative thinking in how this property would work for my disabled needs. Out of the 40 odd Agents I registered with, Phoebe is the only one who remembered my specific requirements and who contacted me directly to see if something could work. Phoebe Craig definitely went more than the extra mile and n finding me a property. I’m addition she has ensured the moving process is smooth and hassle free and is always smiling.
