From the photography to being updated when new possible buyers are interested - they have been really brilliant, clear and transparent too which we really appreciate. Also having regular updates from them is really helpful so we can be kept in the loop at all times. Looking for a flat to buy my point of contact at JLL was Liam Barlett. I went with him on a number of visits around Stratford and elsewhere in London. Liam was courteous, honest and provided accurate information. I found agents from other agencies to be somewhat pushy - more than I'd like - but not him. He was professional and understanding throughout the entire process. Liam's colleagues, in particular Cameron Kerr and Harry Martin, provided help and were quite pleasant to deal with as well. I ended up buying one of the flats that Liam had on offer.
