I had a great experience with Charlotte and her team. I am certainly not an experienced Landlord and I needed an agency that would help me to market the property and guide me during this process while also being abroad due to work commitments. I decided to go with JLL Stratford because while discussing the property and marketability i really appreciated the conversation that i had with Charlotte where she was very helpful and took plenty of time to explain the (difficult) market conditions without over-promising or trying to convince me to go with them. Liga has being very helpful and super responsive and helped me with all the paperwork and different certificates that are required before starting the tenancy.
