I bought a new apartment in Stratford, London in 2018 through JLL with a good price. And have since let the property through JLL. JLL found an excellent tenant, who still lives in the property today, within few weeks and negotiated a rental price which is good for both me and my tenant. The management service team led by Mr. Suth Lucian Canbert is excellent. Suth answers my emails and phone calls promptly and provided solutions to my queries, this including Newham select licensing application, my mortgage application for another apartment, any defect found inside the property, communication to the tenant, change of my address, etc. If you need to buy, let and rent a property, please get in touch with JLL.
