I recently bought a flat in London, my first home, and found working with Khanh, from JLL, very enjoyable. As stressful as a first home purchase can be, Khanh helped and supported me throughout making it seem easy and effortless, she was always very responsive and happy to run through things with me. I had dealt with other agents from other firms previously and I have to say she is just on another level.

We have been with JLL for a few years now and Taysir has been by far, the most proactive and helpful property manager we have worked with. Taysir is always polite and patient which makes dealing with issues easier and a lot more smooth.

My partner and I rented a 2 bed flat in Stratford through JLL. We went through a couple of viewings with Erjana. We were rather picky on requirements, so we took our time ~ nearly 3 months .. all apartments we saw were really nice, build to rent, but we weren't sure on location. For the one we are went for now, we got the heads up upfront by Erjana. Replied in a day to her email, got a viewing in the evening, saw the apartment, made an offer, and I think here Erjana really helped us to navigate the tricky sitation of making a very well positioned offer without going over the asking price. I'm sure there was a huge interest in the apartment, but must be her communication with the landlord that put us forward as the most reliable despite the fact that we didn't go over the asking price of the flat. Documentation, contract, payments, communication has really been great from the JLL team, and looks like we're even getting fresh paint in the apartment, quite nice! Thanks JLL and Erjana : )

I never really leave Google Reviews but I can say working with Eilis Moloney has been my best experience with moving. From the initial contact to viewing to making adjustments, she was supportive and communicated outstandingly amazing (Especially for me with chronic anxiety lol). I recently purchased my first flat in Stratford with the help from Khanh and Adam. They are very professional and you can ask them any questions about the flat. This is quite important to me since I’m a first time buyer. They help me communicate with the seller very efficiently to agree on a reasonable price. They are also very patient and always response quickly when I need to view the flat multiple times during the process.
