Tasif has a professionalism combined with a genuine warmth and friendliness that's rare when dealing with agents. His communication was brilliant from start to finish. He sent properties that met our requirements and budget and kept in regular contact to let us know what was available and when. He was super flexible on viewing times and accommodated last minute viewing requests and rescheduling. He never put us in group viewings (most others do) and let us take our time during a viewing, never hurrying us or trying to "sell" the place to us. He showed genuine interest in helping us find the right place, which again was refreshing as it isn't the norm.

I would like to recommend Eilis from the JLL Stratford branch. Its incredibly frustrating renting a place in London especially lots of estate agency are often rude and try to rush you. Eilis have made the viewing process extremely pleasant and the renting process really smoothly. I initially have forgotten to include a sofa replacement in my contract offer but Eilis have included in is none the less.
