Update 2025: Tianne from Lettings was brilliant in helping me secure a new apartment and move out earlier than my contract end date as she was sure she could find another tenant which she did. She was friendly, professional, answered all questions quickly. But more importantly she was empathetic and helped me feel less stressed. She even helped liaise with colleagues in other departments, some of whom could benefit from learning some soft skills and customer service skills from Tianne. Previous review 2024: Brilliant experience securing my new rental apartment. Friendly, professional communication. Paperwork went smoothly. My main point of contact was Tasif who helped me secure a viewing despite a difficult previous tenant and who always answered my questions promptly and guided me through the process.

Tianne was a pleasure to work with throughout my flat search in London. I initially viewed a property with her that didn’t quite match what I was looking for, and she was understanding and assured me she’d keep an eye out for something more suitable within my budget. A few weeks later, I enquired about another flat that was slightly over budget, and she proactively suggested an alternative that turned out to be a great fit. She arranged the viewing quickly and was incredibly responsive throughout the process. Thanks to her efficiency and support, I was able to make an offer with confidence.
