I have never experienced a service like I did with Adnan. He helped me find a flat to my specific requirements. He was not pushy-just kind, genuine and honest. I also contacted him for advice when I was looking at other properties as I valued and trusted his opinion. He helped me above and beyond with the purchase of my property and could not recommend this estate agent enough. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and I will be using them again. The service with JLL has been smooth and efficient. After having viewed more than 30 flats over the course of a month, Hanan, our letting agent, was the best in terms of transparency and communication. I have been dealing with JLL for about 10 years now. They are simply excellent! While being on a long business trip to another country I needed to find an agent who would take away the headache of dealing with renting out, taking care of tenant’s issues, if any, running the property in between tenants, etc - all of that from far away. JLL have been ab fab! Of course, we did have some minor problems in the process, but everything would be resolved rigourously and in a constructive manner. Most recently I have been helped by Alessandra di Meola who has been instrumental in securing a new long let. Thank you Alessandra, thank you JLL!
