We signed up with JLL for tenancy and management services. The service was friendly and professional. Beatrice Lukauskaite and Hanan Qassem assisted us with all our questions (no matter how small or big) and provided valuable advice on marketing the property. They assisted with securing contractors to complete the standard requirements for landlords seeking to rent their flats. The amiable and warm manner of both colleagues made it a pleasure! We would highlight recommend their services!

A huge thank you and shout out to Hanan at JLL for helping me secure a new flat recently. I haven't moved in 10 years so she really helped make the process go smoothly and put my mind at ease over all of the details. She was always friendly and helpful and a total saint for being so welcoming with me turning up at the office regularly seeking assistance. Thanks again for everything!

I have been working with JLL as a contractor-decorator for few years now and I am very impressed with how professional, transparent and trustworthy they are. Service with JLL has been excellent and efficient. Hanan our Letting agent gave necessary advice and was always available. Definitely made the process of renting much better. She has always stood out as a helping hand. Alessandra has also been of great help, her advice when arriving into the property was really friendly and transmitted assurance. The team is profesional and honest, thank you for everything!

Very friendly and helpful Estate Agent service. Our agent Hanan showed us around a few different properties and guided us through the entire process from initial offer to referencing and move-in. She was always available via Whatsapp when we had any questions and never pushed us to agree to anything we weren't happy with. We are thoroughly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area!
