I used JLL to purchase a property recently. Overall the experience was very smooth - I've heard nightmare stories from friends with regards to agents but had nothing of the sort. I first viewed some properties with Peter who I found to be very honest and transparent - I appreciated this as i found other agents I was using were always trying to scam me into something. This gave me the confidence to proceed with JLL. In the end the property I chose was being managed by Rosie - throughout the process she very good with communication and keeping me up to date. She would never go longer than a few hours without getting back to me on items - very responsive! Occasionally I did feel she acted more on behalf of the seller than the buyer but I guess that is what is to be expected. Overall, would definitely recommend JLL to friends.
