From the moment I stepped into the JLL office Rosie Golder was a very informative and helpful person. She organized on site viewings at very short notice, and was always very prompt to reply to messages and emails about things I wasn’t sure about even during her Xmas holiday! We've just started renting with JLL and we couldn't be happier about it. Since the first viewing we've had with one of their agents (Rosie), we immediately had a very nice vibe from both the property and the agent. Given that we knew this would have been a managed property, we felt it was particularly important for us to know the agency was professional, trustworthy and managed by kind, helpful agents. We loved the property at first sight but, in all fairness, the agency played a role too: we saw another flat in the same area and the lack of professionalism of the agent who showed us the property made quite an impact on our final choice. JLL and its agents (Rosie in particular, who has been amazing throughout the process) are highly recommended and we look forward to starting our tenancy with them.

Was looking to rent an apartment in Woodberry Down and stumbled on an ad for a flat by JLL. Although, the apartment I was initially interested in had been taken by another person, Rosie suggested other suitable available options that were still within our budget. Less than 10 days after my initial contact with them, I and my flatmate were moving into the new apartment. Rosie and Laura were absolutely helpful all the way and even after we moved in. Rosie and Peter at JLL are easy to deal with, professional and very local! They helped sell our apartment quickly when we had found the perfect apartment to move to. They were also the driving force behind getting a deal agreed with the new purchase. Without their help I’m sure the purchase would have fallen through a few times over. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
