They are professional and efficient, honest, and very knowledgeable about the properties they market and the area in general. I have dealt with numerous estate agents across London, both for renting and buying/selling, and the team at JLL Woodberry Down have proven themselves to be the gold standard. Rosie Golder at JLL was extremely professional, competent, and knowledgable. She went above and beyond in guiding us through the process of buying our flat, and helped us manage some very difficult solicitors. - She regularly chased up our solicitor and the vendors' solicitor - We could rely on her to know what should be happening at each stage of the process - She was friendly and clear in her emails and phone calls - She clearly knew the Woodberry Down area and development very well - When showing us around the flat, she gave us all the space we needed, and was very helpful.
