The extended team at JLL including those at the finsbury park office has been managing the our property for rental for the past four years. Most recently we had tenants who had difficulty paying rent, in addition to the insurance Kelly and Rosie were all exceptional in resolving the matter without having to take it to court. Everyone i have dealt with at JLL have been quick, efficient and communicative. I was impressed with how quick they were able to freshen up my flat, put int back on market and find new tenants especially during covid. As an overseas landlord I could not ask for a better team.

Have been working with Rosie from Williams JLL for a few years trying to sell our apartment. She has been extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process, and often went above and beyond to assist us in the Sales. Selling during covid has been extremely difficult, so I am glad that Rosie was there to push things along to make things happen. What was particularly impressive was the fact the Rosie was there to oversee things and help us out, even during her maternity leave.
