Professional sales (thanks Joanna!) with a selection of good apartments and a slick onboarding & management process. JLL are in a different league to the lettings agents I've dealt with in the past ... a much better experience. Would definitely use them again.

We were in contact with several different estate agencies but the service level from JLL were miles ahead of the others. They understood quickly what we wanted and found us the perfect flat that matched all our criterias. After having moved in we have found our property manager Yusuf to be beyond helpful, sorting out what ever it is that we need. When we need to move again we will definitely be sticking with JLL as we have had no issues what so ever. Highly recommend.

Great Experience. Joanna was very helpful throughout the process. She helped secure a property for us to rent and negotiated with the landlord on our behalf to meet our move in date and even furniture requirements. She also went above and beyond to ensure our move in day went smoothly. After having several negative experiences with other estate agents and no longer having any faith in them, Joanna, Indra and JLL as a whole were able to rectify that.

As we reside outside the UK, we found a very reliable and efficient agent who works as a team in managing the property for us, from the time the property is completed to getting it furnished to finding a tenant and last but not least to handling Day to day issues and finding a quality tenant for me.
