JLL were extremely helpful both before we signed up with them, and throughout the process of marketing our flat for rental. They were efficient and found us excellent tenants almost immediately. As i am not based in London, initially i tried looking for local agents to help market and lease my unit but after 2 months there were no response. With JLL within 2 days, they found a tenant for me and we were able to close the deals and complete all administrations via emails without me having to be there in London. Sophie has just found me my new home. I move pretty often (yearly) and know what I want. She took my requirements on board and showed me only relevant apartments that matched my specifications.
