Quick, efficient and friendly! We just moved to the flat we are renting with them and the help we received, in particular from Joanna, Indra and Pui, really made the difference. Also after we moved in, their support for any tenancy related matter has always proved fast and positive.

We used JLL while still based in the US to find us a place in London ahed of our move. Joanna was amazingly helpful and very responsive with our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about committing to a place before we arrived. Also after having been here a few weeks Joanna and JLL have been awesome helping us navigate getting set up and getting any required fixes taken care of.
