It was a brilliant renting experience with JLL - Ayesha. The agent was professional and always answered questions patiently. The turnaround time of correspondence was really quick. Throughout this renting process, we felt really reassured that we worked with such a nice letting agent. I definitely recommend JLL to my friends. :)

Billy Sio and his team at JLL were fantastic in helping us sell our flat in Canary Wharf (which they also helped us buy a few years ago). From the outset, they were realistic and honest in managing our expectations and we trusted that they would get the best possible price in the circumstances. I am very pleased with JLL and especially Jennifer who we dealt with. The first flat she showed us was exactly what we were after and she managed to negotiate with the landlord to let it to us, even though initially he opposed to having 3 tenants (in a two-bedroom property). The whole process was very quick and easy, and JLL's team are very helpful and attentive. We are really enjoying our new flat so far.
