Helpful and courteous team
I highly recommend the estate agents, Harding Green. They have detailed local knowledge and a great deal of experience. Their approach is practical and flexible, and they are excellent at communicating with the client during the sale or purchase process. I put my house on the market in October, knowing that the present Kensington market is slow at the moment. Nevertheless, as they had predicted, within three weeks they had a purchaser for my house, and at a very acceptable price. Matthew Alexander was the agent in charge of my sale, and I cannot recommend him too highly.
Harding Green recently sold a family property in prime Kensington. They were a thoroughly professional team, and from the outset I was impressed by their engagement, alacrity and all round competence. They clearly have a strong local network, and the property sold quickly, smoothly and within a sliver of the asking price, on a street where volumes have been slow due to overly aggressive price expectations. I would happily use them again and recommend them unreservedly
The team over at Harding Green is very friendly, professional and service minded. Finding a property to rent through them went smoothly, although we only looked at one property. The only negative for me was that the reference company they’re using seems to be all about automation which delayed the process for me and added to the stress of finding a new home.
Disappointed with unsolicited contact from Kilkenny Turner Harding Green today. I've got used to agents trying to persuade me to swap to them because they have buyers on the books who will magically not have seen my property anywhere else, of course, but just sending me details of another property with no actual communication whatsoever is not acceptable at all. This is not the way to make me want to buy or sell through you at all.
Avoid renting through Harding Green. We dealt with roof leaks, water getting into electrics, and even a threat from the landlord (passed on by the agent) about our gate access — all brushed off. The agent openly told us in writing that they “work for the landlord,” so tenants get no support at all. Their actions discourage reporting of faults when the landlord blames tenants who have reported in good faith. We’ve had to involve the council. Edit: added one video. Apparently this isn't classed as urgent a month later?
Another estate agent who ignores my "no junk mail" notice and post their leaflet anyway.
