Avoid renting through Harding Green. We dealt with roof leaks, water getting into electrics, and even a threat from the landlord (passed on by the agent) about our gate access — all brushed off. The agent openly told us in writing that they “work for the landlord,” so tenants get no support at all. Their actions discourage reporting of faults when the landlord blames tenants who have reported in good faith.
We’ve had to involve the council.
