I worked with Ben Scarce to rent my property in SW1. He was very professional and courteous. The service Harding Green provided was 5 star from the brochure's production values through to the letting out the property. I would use them again when the current tenant leaves.

As an agent myself I can say Ben was excellent. In this instance, Ben worked as the buying agent for his client and I was the counterparty estate agent selling. Ben negotiated for his client well using the best comparable evidence and any issues or hurdles which inevitably pops up during the process, we manage to negotiate around them, amicably and smoothly.

We used Anna Arden at Harding Green on our recent sale. As it happens, Anna was so effective that we didn't need to put our house on the open market at all - we secured a sale off market.
