Harding Green recently sold a family property in prime Kensington. They were a thoroughly professional team, and from the outset I was impressed by their engagement, alacrity and all round competence. I highly recommend the estate agents, Harding Green. They have detailed local knowledge and a great deal of experience. Their approach is practical and flexible, and they are excellent at communicating with the client during the sale or purchase process. I put my house on the market in October, knowing that the present Kensington market is slow at the moment. Nevertheless, as they had predicted, within three weeks they had a purchaser for my house, and at a very acceptable price. Matthew Alexander was the agent in charge of my sale, and I cannot recommend him too highly.
