Sale and letting of a flat in SW20. Excellent assistance and service from Noah and Gemma of Harding Green. Noah has been working tirelessly on the sale of the flat after the previous buyer "dropped out" and, in the meantime, working with Gemma, they have found a tenant for 4 months which ties in with the new buyer's requirements which Noah has also found. Cannot praise them enough for their work and in finding solutions! Very professional throughout and I was at the flat earlier this week after the tenant moved in and they are also happy with the service (and the flat!). Excellent all round!
