Edward helped us with the purchase of a flat. We were a bit unlucky in the sense that it's a lease hold property, and the management company and the land owner were not responsive at all. Edward has helped pushing the seller side as much as possible. He's very experienced and was able to give valuable advices through out the whole process which was completely new for us as a 1st time buyer.
