We were recommended Anna through a friend of ours and initially had reservations about moving away from a high street agency. However, we decided to do so, as we knew we would have her at each viewing rather than whoever was assigned the property at the agency. This decision really paid off - we had a great page on Rightmove showing the apartment in a very good light. Anna was very knowledgeable about the area and the wider London market and was always on hand to keep us updated on the viewings. Once we were under offer, unfortunately, we didn't have a smooth experience with the buyer, but Anna continued to push our agenda and liaised with both sides right up until the completion date. Overall, we are very glad we went with Anna and would highly recommend Harding Green.
