Friendly and helpful service

It was a pleasure working with Rumz to organise our letting. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. He highlighted aspects of the property that required additional work before the move in, and was happy to point these out and ensure these were included in the contract for the property. He quickly dealt with any issues that were still to be addressed after the property had been let, and has continually been on hand to deal with anything, even after we have been settled into the property for some time. Overall, Rumz was extremely helpful throughout the process.

Good agent, responded quickly and helpfully

Was prompt in responding to emails and calls. Arranged the tenancy painlessly.

Thomas was friendly and courteous during our time draling with him. Before our meeting he was kind enough to change the time of our meeting so that we could view a flat earlier. During the process of preparing an offer, he tended to wait until we had completed one hurdle (such as completing a form) before presenting us with the next (such as asking if our guarantors earnt the required amount). This was disappointing as it slowed down the process of preparing the offer, although in my experience it is a common thing among estate agents. Thomas was helpful in trying to find us other flats after this, although those at his disposal were not to our requirements, so there was little he could do at this point.

Thomas is very efficient, occasionally his tone could be misconstrued.

Thomas worked very well to help us secure our property within a few days, which we are very grateful for! Sometimes his emails can come across quite abrupt to the point of rude. However, we are sure this is unintended as in person he is great.
