We have recently rented through Ellis & Co Bounds Green, who have been very considerate, helpful and supportive in the way they have helped us work through the difficulties of renting and moving. As two freelancers it is a bit more complicated to negotiate our way through the compliance processes. The staff helped us negotiate this with great sensitivity.

Had a great experience with Ellis & Co in Bounds Green. Mark was very professional and was super easy to communicate with. He kept in touch with us throughout the process, was always on time and was very responsive to our emails.

The sale of our property was quite protracted due to the chain. Although the process was frustrating mainly due to slow performance by buyers solicitors, Mark persevered for months and finally achieved the sale of the property. I felt at times it was going to fall through. However, success in the end.
