Wow what a brilliant Estate agent. We were let down by our previous one (after four months we had no viewings) we decided to try Ellis and it was the best decision we made. We have recently rented through Ellis & Co Bounds Green, who have been very considerate, helpful and supportive in the way they have helped us work through the difficulties of renting and moving. As two freelancers it is a bit more complicated to negotiate our way through the compliance processes. The staff helped us negotiate this with great sensitivity.
