Great tenant experience It’s not often tenants get to say the agents they deal with are great, but it’s entirely the case with Ellis & Co. Bowes Park. From Demmy helping to broker a deal on furnishing before we moved in, to Nicos being an absolute star any time we’ve had to call for repairs; our experience has been great. Whilst I wouldn’t “dock a star” for it, the standard lease with a break clause gave me angst about the security of our tenancy. However my subsequent dealings have shown the integrity the team have and that I could have trusted when Demmy said it really wasn’t something I needed to worry about. Seems the team are just as conscientious about working with good landlords as finding good tenants for their clients.

I found a lovely home from them. Demmy is the best! He helped me about everything in all processes. They called me and tell me everything. If you need help or suggestions they are amazing!

Nic is just by far the best agent I’ve ever met! He’s so transparent and thorough with explaining all applications process and reassuring of everything. Demi, who was helping with a viewing, was also amazing. Ellis&Co Bounds Green is professional, friendly and so quick with their responses- absolutely loving the service and they have reduced the stress of finding the flat in London so much easier!!!!!

Mark was also incredibly patient and tolerant as the 'Go between' us and the Sellers. We have only just completed the move in the last 5 days but I wouldn't hesitate to use Ellis & Co. again.

For 5 years, they managed our property liaising with our tenants. When we decided to stay in our new country, they sold our property from abroad.
