Very disappointed with the service received from Ellis when letting out my property. We had very few potential viewers from the start, and communication was poor from the team. We joined with an additional agent a few months later; at that point we never heard back from Ellis. We however managed to secure tenants very quickly with the alternative agent. Would not use this agent again.
