Thanks Sara and all the staff from Ellis & Co. Is the first time in almost three years here we feel a Letting agent treat us with respect and help us properly. (And we have some experience about this...) A big brand can be good as well.

After having contacted several agents to market the sale of my flat- Ellis & Co were the most responsive and professional agent and provided me with a quick and detailed valuation. The flat was barely on the market when I received an asking price offer! Juliana was simply amazing- during the entire process she never sent me one negative email- She was positive , friendly and very professional. She responded to all my emails incredibly quickly and provided me with updates of the sale. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a pleasant and efficient lady! Finding a place to live in London is a nightmare but Ellis and Co was a good choice in this process. My partner and I had an AWFUL experience with Foxtons Temple Fortune in the past so we didn't expect things would go smoothly this time, but Sara Tesfu was a nice surprise! She made this process smooth as possible, always replying our emails promptly... She really know how to do her job - thing we didn't see in Foxtons agents. I recommend Ellis and Co and specially Sara, an adorable agent that you can count on!
